Your mission

During your apprenticeship with us, you will become an expert in IT systems and networks. You will gain experience in all relevant departments and learn the fundamental and job-specific skills that will prepare you for your future role.

You will plan, install, and configure IT systems and networks, becoming a specialist in IT infrastructure.
You will support the implementation of new and existing systems and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
You will assist with the setup and administration of customer-specific IT systems.
You will learn how to troubleshoot application and system issues and become a key contact for technical challenges.
You will support the maintenance of hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance.
You will identify and resolve faults and technical issues before they become problems.

Duration of apprenticeship

3 years (with the option to shorten the apprenticeship to 2.5 years)

Your profile

Successful completion of secondary education (e.g. intermediate school certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification, or university entrance qualification)
You are passionate about hardware and software and have a strong analytical and systematic way of thinking.
You enjoy contributing your own ideas and are proactive in developing solutions.
You enjoy interacting with people and have strong communication skills.
You are reliable, detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of technical concepts and relationships.
You enjoy working with numbers and interacting directly with customers.
You are a team player who can also work independently and organize tasks effectively.
Your English is quite good.
